I bought this TV and there was a problem with it , i called Crucfeild and told them about it and without any hesitations , they paid for the shipping back and pay me full refund , i am really happy with thier excellnt customer service

I am very pleased with this product. The quality of the picture is excellent and it suits my needs very well. The price was also the best I could find anywhere.

Great service. Packed very well. Set up worked first time which is unusal for me. The sound is very good to my hard-of-hearing ears. I would recommend this product and seller to anyone.

Picture quality is frequently a function of the source signal and the source associated with this TV is far from great, but at that, the picture is quite acceptible.
The main feature that impresses me in this unit is the sound quality. I am quite pleased with its clarity. I have a Samsung which I most often augment with earphones or external speakers. With the sound quality of the Panasonic I have not felt it necessary to use either.
