I purchased this TV based mostly on the reviews posted here. Boy, am I let down. The picture is not at all crisp and clear- no matter how I try to change it. It seems very grainy. Granted, we do not have HDTV- but a TV with this type of resolution should have a decent picture quality anyway. I am honestly considering going back to my big old school TV. The picture quality was better on it than on this new one.

Beware – Upon opening the unit it was found not all parts were with the TV. I have spent 2 hours trying to get Panasonic to ship me the parts. I gave up. Do not Panasonic products.

The TV seems to be excellant so far. The shipping company delayed delivery and seem to have lost the shipment at one time. They finally turned it over to another shipper and they were very good. The extra installation that we paid for was not worth it. Amazon customer service helped solve the lost TV and were very helpful WE LOVE AMAZON! Kay Polk

Very fast delivery, in great condition. easily set-up, great picture. No worries when purchased at Amazon or Amazon Express, they have covered all the bases…

This is a good TV for the price, but has limited features, and the sound quality is poor at best. I have the unit installed in a cabinet, and you have to turn the volume almost all of the way up to hear it. I even tried adding a sound bar, but the one I purchased did not have the optical audio connections, and the TV did not have the connections to use the red/white wires for the sound output. Needless to say, I had to return the sound bar. The only option is to buy a much more expensive sound bar, or hook it up to surround sound.
The picture quality is very good, but the features are limited compared to my Sony I have in the basement family room. If I had it to do over, I would have probably bought another Sony.
