Installing was a bit difficult because the the wall bracket doesn’t come off from the arm. The two screws it comes with are junk; throw them out and buy new ones at Home Depot. The arm hangs slighlty crooked and the only way to adjust it is to unscrew it from the wall and install the arm crooked to maintain a level TV.

This device feels very solid and secure; I was not nervous at all to mount my television, even though it is at the higher end of the weight range for this wall mount. The mount came with several different size screws, in order to fit different types of monitors, and even came with an allen wrench to adjust the resistance of the up/down swivel mechanism. I can now aim my flat screen anywhere in the room. AND, it folds up very thin against the wall, which is really nice for tucking your television away discreetly. I gave it four stars instead of five because there is a slight tilt when the arm is sully extended; it’s not noticeable at all when watching television, however. For the price, I’m very happy with this wall mount.

Good product, but I agree with the previous review about the screws being cheap. It seems to be well built other than that. I do not have a heavy screen, but the mechanics seem solid.

I used this to hang a 19″ LCD on a wood framed interior wall. No problems with the install. Needed to drill pilot holes for the lag bolts the anchor to the wall. Build quality is good, not excellent, but it is appropriate for this amount of weight. I would not recommend much more weight than a 19″ LCD. I would have preferred that the lag bolt had a bolt head rather than phillips screwdriver head.

Advantages
1. Well built and heavy construction material
2. Priced well below compare to other products available with same quality.
3. Package contains everything. And 6 screws is good to keep this on wall with out any issue! Washers and screws which can fit multiple type of TV’s.
4. Movements of each part is pretty good
Disadvantage
None I can think of
